My family and I stayed in one
of your resort townhouses and we were ABSOLUTELY
blown away at just how nice the amenities were. The
house was extremely clean, spacious and just a huge
surprise. We had our on private pool and everything
was just fabulous. We will definitely be returning!!

The town home was in "5 star
shape" when we arrived, very well decorated, clean
and everything in working order. The only thing
missing was the welcome package that contained some
of the starter basics like soap, coffee, detergent,
etc. We later obtained this at the front desk. At
the front desk, they were very friendly and
informative.The townhouse was supplied with the
comforts you typically get in a hotel suite except
for a hair dryer. Enjoyed having access to the main
lobby computer room. However, a few of the computers
were inoperative resulting in some waiting time and
a bit of frustration with kids playing computer type
games on the couple of computers that were in
working order. The 2 pools were crystal clear and
the background with the lake was picturesque and
very relaxing. The exercise room seemed to be
adequate for a light workout, however, half of the
cable weight machine was inoperative. The are no
restaurants inside the resort, however, there are
quite a few within a five mile radius. For a
relaxing time, a self paced vacation or a get away,
Encantada Resort does hit the spot.

My family and I stayed at Encantada and we were truly
delighted. The town homes w/pool are great. It is
definitely better to stay at Encantada Resort then to
have stayed in a hotel room. I loved it. We look forward
to visiting you guys again.

What a wonderful weekend! The house was perfect - quiet and isolated from all of the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but still easily accessible to Epcot, which was exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and did our best to leave things as we found them. The pool and the place was perfect for our needs and I am very glad that we finally got to do our sisters reunion.
I took the liberty of removing the Encantada brochure from the house so as to share it with some of my colleagues. It's perfect for adults who want both privacy and space, and I'll certainly speak to that at school this week.
Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our sisters' reunion as perfect as it was.

My family took a chance and stayed at the Encantada
Resort in April. Once we found the right way to travel
to Disney we could not believe how close it was and how
lucky we were to miss all of the Disney traffic. We had
the best time! This place is definitely worth it. My
girls enjoyed going into our own pool after a full day
at Disney (I don't know how they ever had the energy,
but they did). I was grateful that they could swim right
there where I could keep an eye on them and cook or just
relax in our own living room. It was great! My only
suggestion would be that the lighting in the bedrooms
could be brighter. It was so new that some of the lamps
had not even been plugged in with extension cords.

I made reservations in
November, and at that time I asked a lot of
questions about the resort. I told them I was taking
my whole family down to Florida for the first time
and I wanted everything to go very smoothly. I also
said I did not want any surprises when I got there
like, exrta charges or the pictures on the web site
aren't exactly what you get etc. I was driving from
Ontario, Canada 22 hours away that's why all the
questions. They assured me that it would not happen.
When we arrived everything was as they said, it is a
fantastic place to stay I would recommend it to
anyone. I am going back this year again, that's how
much we enjoyed staying there. The staff was very
helpful at all times, my two year old granddaughter
got sick and the staff helped us find a hospital
right away. Only 15-20 minutes from Disney and a
great part of Kissimmee to stay, with everything you
could ever want like Walmart, and all kinds of
grocery stores

Our family and friends stayed with you recently and we loved it! The gated community was extremely comforting. The location was perfect, so easy to get to Disney and yet away from all the traffic. The home was so beautiful and was way better than a hotel. We had 4 children under 3 with us and you had everything we needed, cribs, full kitchens for meals, washer and dryer( for stained Disney clothes of course) and our private pool. Very clean, the pool was murky however, the filter was not working, but we did not say anything to staff to rectify the matter. our stay was magical the only thing we would recommend or change would have been, high chairs made available. We traveled with a party of ten and needed more dishwashing detergent and laundry soap, when asked, we were told we could not have more.
That was dissapointing. All in all, we gave it a 9/10! WE can't wait to come back!
